La Giustiniana, 'Montessora' Gavi di Gavi, 2020 Christmas Wine Gift

Grapes are grown in the Montessora vineyard in Rovereto di Gavi. This Gavi has fresh, generous perfumes of flint and flowers. Intense and concentrated with a lovely pure fruit character. The 'Montessora', more mineral driven, has greater intensity and needs longer to show off its best. It will age easily for up to a decade or more.

This wine is light straw-yellow in colour with fresh notes of flint and flowers. On the palate, it is intense and concentrated with a lovely pure fruit character. Flavours of peach and lime follow through to a long, mineral finish.
