Mt. Difficulty Pinot Noir Long Gully

Mt Difficulty singel vineyard wines are a celebration of a time and a place. Small parcels from our oldest vineyards are selected to reflect an expression of personality specific to each vineyard and vintage. These low volume wines are only released from the best vintages.

Long Gully vineyard is perched atop the banks of the Kawarau River and is one of the oldest sites in Bannockburn, planted in 1992 on it's own roots with the inaugral release being in 2005.

Long Gully Pinot Noir is extremely grounded, showcasing red & black berry fruits with a powerful palate displaying purity and vibrancy.

This wine will reward those who have the patience to cellar it for 5-15 years.
