Brolo Dei Giusti Amarone Della Valpolicella

• A premium red wine with a dry and persistent finish, with red fruit flavours.
• Grapes were hand - harvested during the second week of October. Once pressed, the must fermented for 9 days at a temperature of 26°C. At the end of the fermentation the wine is then aged in big oak barrels 12 months and then another 12 to 24 months in tank before bottling.
• The grapes for this wine come from three Broli which make up a total of 13 hectares. Altitude is 100 meters above sea level and the soil is clay. Vines are trained with both Guyot and the traditional Pergola systems.The vineyards are managed following Sustainable principles.
• The grape varieties are 90% Corvina/Corvinone and 10% Rondinella
