  • You will receive three bottles of Keigetsu Sake. Yuzu Sake (72cl), Sake John (75cl) and Gin no Yume Junmai Daiginjo 45 sake (72cl)
  • Yuzu Sake - This bright yellow, sweet yuzu sake is bursting with zesty citrus fruit. It has an intense mix of lemon, tangerine and lime aromas with a fragrant lift, and a balanced sweetness.
  • The sparkling “John” sake was made for Mr. Matsumoto’s good friend John. It is made with Gin no Yume rice as a Junmai Daiginjo (50% polish) before it is made sparkling with Co2. The sake is crystal clear with aromas of peach and cherry blossom on the bouquet propped up by lively bubbles on the palate and a bone dry finish
  • The Gin no Yume premium and rare sake has delicate aromas of lychee and rose. It is dry on the palate with great purity on the finish. The fruit forward nature of this junmai daiginjo makes it appealing to first time sake drinkers. It can be enjoyed on its own or with light dishes such as ceviche, carpaccio (seafood or beef), salads, sushi and canapés.
