Made from Palava, a native Czech crossing made from Muller-Thurgau and Roter Traminer, the grapes were laid out on straw mats to dry which concentrated the sugars making this intense and naturally sweet wine. This opulent dessert wine has rich characters of ripe stone fruits, mango and marmalade with some sweet spice notes of cinnamon and crystallised ginger.
